2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. We accept secure payments via Klarna, credit card, or Swish (within Sweden).

3. Shipping

• Sweden: 2–5 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

We are not responsible for postal delays or customs handling times.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

5. Complaints & Faulty Products

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, let us know right away. We follow Swedish consumer laws and will provide a replacement or refund as required.

6. Product Variations

Our pieces are handcrafted using real gemstones. This means that every piece is unique and may vary slightly in color or shape from photos.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage that may occur due to the use of our products or website. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and technical issues.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain interruptions.

Swedish law applies. Disputes will be settled through dialogue where possible, or by Swedish court if needed.
